This is the charger I use for radio control conversions. I now have two options 2.4v to 14.4v for 2 to 12 cells or 14.4v to 24v for 12 to 20 cells of Ni-Cad or NiMH batteries. This is an intelligent charger that will not damage your batteries. Once the batteries are fully charged it will cut out and go into a monitoring mode. When it is first plugged in it will go through a LED sequence to let you know the charger is connected correctly and the batteries are receiving a charge. It comes complete with a 2.1 adapter and plug for the socket that is commonly used with rechargeable radio controlled locomotives.
