Information

The Regner Heisler locomotive has V twin oscillating cylinders with drive shafts to both bogies. Available as a partially assembled kit or ready to run The kit comes ready painted and bodywork preformed (no bending). The power unit is assembled set on the cranks and tested on air. It all bolts together with pipe unions to join with a spanner and a small amount of pipe bending to do. The kit will build the engine as seen above in the first picture with manual control. A water top up valve is also included. It can be converted to radio control with the extra r/c kit which includes all the connectors and two servos for the reverser and regulator. The transmitter, receiver and batteries are not included. Optional extras include a Ronson gas tank filler valve replacement, A cow catcher, a diamond stack and front lamp.

Although the Regner instructions are very useful for the pictures. I provide my own English translation of the instructions based on a build, (not directly from the Regner instructions) for this locomotive.

Length over buffers: 318mm. Width: 96mm. Height with diamond stack: 162mm. Height with short chimney: 144mm. Minimum radius LGB R1.
